The Difference Maker Generator (THE MAIN THING!):
- Build awareness of our strengths. (VIA strengths – can be taken free with email registration)
- Choose/refine our core values.
- Volunteer 1-2 hours per week in ways that express our core values.
- Pass it on! Walk someone else through steps 1-3 and invite them to do the same.
- Meet weekly for a one hour small-group conversation (Positivity Matters Meetup):
• 30 minutes of reflection on personal experiences of implementing steps 1-4
• 30 minutes of reflection on topics from positive psychology – the empirical study of human flourishing.
